These Terms of Service govern your use of Regal Club (regal.club), operated by Garnet Grid Consulting LLC. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

Membership Is Not Open

Regal Club is being formed. Membership is not open, and nothing is for sale on this site. The site describes what the club intends to be. No benefit described on it is currently available or promised, and nothing here is an offer, a contract, or a reservation. A benefit becomes real when it is named, attached to a named partner, at a stated price.

Notification Requests

If you ask to be notified, you are asking to receive an email when membership opens. That is the whole of the arrangement. It costs nothing, creates no membership, reserves no place, and can be ended by asking us to remove your address.

If and When Membership Opens

Membership, when offered, would be a recurring digital membership billed monthly through Stripe, cancellable at any time, with access continuing to the end of the billing period and no refund of partial months. The specific benefits, partners, and prices will be stated at that time, and these Terms will be updated before any payment is taken.

Acceptable Use

No Warranty

The site is provided as-is. Garnet Grid Consulting LLC makes no warranty that the club will launch, that any described benefit will be offered, or that any timescale will be met.

Intellectual Property

The Regal Club name and the text and design of this site belong to Garnet Grid Consulting LLC.

Limitation of Liability

Garnet Grid Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Regal Club. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before starting any formal dispute you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. Disputes not resolved informally within 30 days are resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time. Where you hold a paid subscription, access continues to the end of the current billing period.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version is posted at this URL with a revised effective date, and material changes are announced on the site or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Garnet Grid Consulting LLC regarding Regal Club.
